This week, as I am growing and moving in business, I’ve also realized that there have been a few areas that I have struggled with as well. My good friend and practitioner classmate, Scott Monti and I, enjoyed an early morning conversation about shifting mental congestion to clarity and how that moves you forward.  Understanding how this congestion shows up physically, I knew that this would be the perfect time to share this concept with all of you.

Conscious choices in business is not only about choosing the right resources and releasing the ones that no longer work. It is also about using those resources in the most efficient way so that it helps create balance with ease.
