| Biography: |
After earning my B.A. degree from the University of California at Davis, I began my professional life as a litigation paralegal in San Francisco. Over an eight year career in the legal field, I learned a lot about managing relationship dynamics, balancing my personal and professional life, and solving problems with little resources and a lot of pressure. Over time, I parlayed this experience into training and mentoring other legal professionals.
To further develop my interpersonal skills, I obtained my M.A. degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. As part of my graduate program, I had the opportunity to train as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I enjoyed my role in helping people gain clarity about their lives, but still, something was missing. My clients simply weren't producing results - they understood their problems, but they didn't know how to overcome them. Today, as a Certified Personal Coach, I have the tools, resources and experience to help my clients make real and positive changes in their lives.
As a dedicated and passionate life coach, I believe my ultimate job is to inspire and motivate modern men and women to create their best life. If my clients aren’t clear about what that is, we figure it out together. I help them clarify their vision, and then I guide them in creating meaning in their lives every single day, without exception and without settling for less than they deserve. And I love it.
