Heather Onorati helps individuals in career and life transition to define their passions, transform passion into career goals and translate career goals into strategy by encouraging thoughtful self-assessment and providing motivation and support. Heather is qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and uses this valuable tool as a method for helping clients gain greater self-awareness, insight and clarity. She has completed her coach training through the Coach Training Alliance. She also is currently incorporating her interest in coaching into a Master’s project, which she hopes to complete in May, 2007.
