Christie Cestero, MBA and founder of Coaching Quest, is a Career Strategist who guides women seeking career fulfillment by helping them discover and achieve their lifework. Through “The Career Quest Method,” her unique career optimization program, she uses effective tools and techniques to clarify her client’s ideal career, develop a focused success strategy, and achieve their desired result.
After 14 years in the high tech world, Christie decided it was time for a major career change and embarked on her own quest of self-discovery. It was at this time that she recognized the incredibly positive impact that coaching can make on someone’s life.
As a Career Strategist, she now draws from her own valuable corporate experience and career change process to help other women discover and/or optimize their own chosen career. She enjoys working with clients via one on one coaching, group coaching, workshops, seminars, speaking engagements and retreats.
During her 14 year distinguished track record as a leader in the high tech corporate world, Christie advanced her career through startups, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. She leveraged her Hispanic heritage and fluency in Spanish to secure international projects, utilizing relationship-building skills to save multi million dollar high-risk accounts and create strong cross-cultural partnerships. Christie pioneered market development efforts into various countries within Europe, Latin America and Asia, excelling at business and strategic development as well as sales, channel, account, project and marketing management.
Christie utilized her leadership abilities to guide her teams through the muck, identify real problems and work towards resolution. Throughout her career, she has proven her sales abilities by winning the President’s Club Overachievement Award for outstanding sales performance and exceeding multi-million dollar quotas. She enjoys work where leadership, teamwork and communication skills are critical and seeks to assist those with career challenges in these areas.
Christie is a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach and a Tony Robbins Certified Results Life Coach. She sat on the Board of Directors of the Denver Coach Federation as the Public Relations Director and is a member of the International Association of Coaches.
