I partner with male executives and other professionals to achieve optimal wellness in 90 days.
My life & coaching experience has shown me that "small changes" made in the right places can produce outstanding results. This is especially true with wellness.
I'm a CTA graduate with advanced training in coaching wellness, career transitions, and emotional intelligence for professionals. As a "40-something male", I especially enjoy working with men who are in their "middle years". Our partnership is all about living out our mind-body wisdom. It's about adding years to our lives and life to our years!
In addition, I am a Certified and Licensed New Life Story Coach, having completed advanced training with David Krueger, MD, who is also the Dean of Curriculum for CTA. I offer this cutting edge coaching program to my clients in group and 1-to-1 formats. If you want to change your life, first change your mind .... and your brain! This specialized program mentors you in the art and science of change, reinvention, and success, and is rooted in advances in neuroscience and psychology. My wellness client's are "very excited" to be using this powerful, cutting edge material to forward their lives, wellness, and careers.
I also have specialized training and certifications in: holistic stress management, mind-body fitness, and hypnotherapy. My clients frequently benefit from this knowledge base. I also offer hypnosis to clients when its usefulness would be suggested.
