Before discovering the exciting field of coaching, Susan worked in International Banking in Chicago, New York and Frankfurt, Germany for close to 20 years. Having worked at a variety of positions, she was drawn to Project Management where she used her diverse banking knowledge, natural organizational abilities as well as skills of working well with and motivating colleagues at all levels of the organization.
As Susan's professional life evolved, her personal life flourished. She looked to improve herself through better nutrition, exercise, and further development of her spirituality. She discovered universal truths and was able to practice this new way of thinking in her daily life.
Upon returning to the United States, Susan had the chance to reexamine her career goals. After exploring her passions in life, she enrolled at CTA. It was a perfect fit for her, creating her own business to work with International Business Executives to make meaningful contributions personally and professionally.
