Janet Redford is a native of Denver, Colorado. She grew up in Northglenn, Colorado with her parents and two older brothers. She has been very active in her church and the Japanese community. She received her Associate Degree as an Interpreter of the Deaf from Front Range Community College in the spring of 1983. In 1985 she landed her first full time job as an interpreter with school district 12 in Adams County. Due to injury Janet chose to leave the interpreting profession and explore other careers. She has worked in various Multi-Level Marketing companies and saw passion and potential at its best. She also worked as the Program Ministries Coordinator for 5 years at her home church. This was a wonderful experience and stretched her spiritually, organizationally, and experientially. While working for her church she went back to school to get her Bachelors degree in Organizational Management/Management of Human Resources. After graduation she then pursued her passion for mentoring others and registered for and completed her training to become a certified professional life coach. Janet works with individuals in business to help them to be bold, brave, and fearless by pursuing the dream that holds their heart, passion, and soul. Janet walks alongside her clients, brings a different perspective, listens between the words, and asks the hard questions. She helps to bring clarity to her clients’ business plans, challenges the quality of their thinking, and helps them to strike a powerful balance between work and home. Janet is passionate about moving people towards the life they desire. Janet is the “Resistance Buster.” |
