Dee Marshall is the President and CEO of Raise The Bar, LLC (RTB) a coaching, training and development practice for women. A proponent of social and informal learning, Ms. Marshall founded the company in 2003 to help facilitate life skills learning. Her mission is to provide personal and professional development opportunities to help women improve the quality of life.
Prior to incorporating Raise The Bar, Ms. Marshall spent ten years in corporate America. During her tenure in the financial services industry, Ms. Marshall traveled the country implementing sales training programs. After leaving Merrill Lynch, Ms. Marshall landed an opportunity at Prudential Securities on Wall Street. There she was responsible for developing performance support tools for new Branch Managers; she co-hosted a weekly radiobroadcast and created and managed a Learning Network. After the attacks on the World Trade Center, Ms. Marshall left Wall Street and went to work for a non-profit organization where she later realized her purpose in life. While preparing to launch out into deep and fulfill her mission in life, Dee returned to corporate and began consulting for Moody’s Investor Service and finally Johnson & Johnson.
Ms. Marshall is on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Central New Jersey, an advisory Board Member for Kingdom Leadership Academy, a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the ICF New York Chapter, a member of American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) and a member of the National Association of Female Executives (NAFE).
