Hi, I am a Coach Training Alliance Certified Coach and an attorney. My company, Spotlight Coaching, LLC (TM) is focused on creative solutions to help young professional clients (22-40) achieve career success and personal fulfillment. I pride myself on being open, caring, and fully invested in the well-being and success of my clients. My pledge to every client is to help guide them towards greater happiness and fulfillment with honesty, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor.
In my career coaching practice, I help young professionals develop their natural business skills and establish their own best practices to maximize their career satisfaction and lead more balanced lives. I also help professionals in career transitions and help them find and obtain their “dream jobs.”
In my personal fulfillment practice, I work with people to discover and develop their passions and use that power to guide themselves to happier, more fulfilling lives.
In addition, I coach law students in methods and strategies to help them survive and pass the bar exam.
In each practice, using the law of attraction, I help clients focus their thoughts and energy on positive goals and actions.
I believe that true success lies in the heart of every client and by capitalizing on their inherent strengths, each client can be successful personally and professionally. |
