Shann’s background in television advertising sales, marketing and client development along with coaching a talented sales force for 11 years prepared her for the business of professional coaching.
Vander Leek teaches adult education classes at Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City, develops and presents training workshops for the Traverse City Chamber of Commerce and volunteers at Just Imagine Cultural Arts Center.
