Coaching is not something new for me.
I have spent the better part of my 18 year career in Leadership or Leadership Support roles. For the last ten years, I was employed by BP Products, North America in various HR and Management roles.
During my dynamic career, I have found a true passion for Coaching. I actively sought the means to develop and hone my expertise across a number of Coaching models and methods. I put that expertise to work on a number projects including the development and implementation of an internal Coaching Model for BP's Retail Management network in the United States. I was also called upon to be part of a Change Management team that implemented a national process improvement program.
Regardless of my role, I was known for, and remained, a staunch champion of Coaching as the preferred model for effective Performance Improvement, Retention and Career Guidance within my Organization throughout my career. |
