I was an educator for 22 years, then a professional artist for 15, as well as a writer and published author. I am now a certified life coach, as well as an art coach.
I help people explore options, move through obstacles, make choices, and feel more in charge of their lives. Collaboratively we work together to manifest and reach your desires and our dreams, as well as to more resourcefully and confidently deal with major life transitions, some of which may be by choice, others by accident.
I know what it means to re-invent yourself - I have done it several times! I have experienced widowhood and divorce, being a caregiver for a parent and a spouse, and also dating at midlife and beyond. Because of my background in the visual and literary arts, I can help people tap into their creativity and design more balanced, joyful lives. I especially like working with people contemplating retirement who want to do fun and fulfilling things with their time.
