Roberta has over 17 years experience in the field of Human Resources (HR) working in the health care, banking, and manufacturing industries. Her HR experience includes; talent acquisition, talent assessment and development, and relocation management. She is certified in the WorkPlace Big 5, NEO-PI-R, and Benchmarks 360 degree feedback assessments, and is qualified in the MBTI. She has a bachelors degree in Psychology and a MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She is a certified professional coach and owner of RLB Coaching & Career Consulting. Her coaching style has been described as very strategic, supportive, and action oriented and she is passionate about helping others succeed in their lives. |
