About me

Stan is a Leadership Mentor/Coach who specializes in helping established and emerging leaders to excel in their chosen careers by aligning their passion and purpose to their life’s work. His approach to coaching is based upon helping his clients find their "authentic" leadership style, driven by their internal Self, and harnessing that inner power to become effective leaders.

A member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), Stan is also certified through the Coach Training Alliance (CTA) in Boulder, CO. The CTA Certified Coach Program is fully accredited by the ICF, the largest and most recognized coaching organization in the world.

Stan is the founder of the Conscious Leadership Society, as well as M-Lead, a leadership special interest group within American Mensa. He is an active member of the Coach Training Alliance and the Coachville community.

With a 30+ year career in management and technology consulting, Stan is uniquely qualified to understand the issues faced by today's executives, managers and project leaders. As a consultant, Stan has sold, led and/or personally delivered technology services totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. As a technology executive, he has broad international experience and a solid reputation for visionary change management, people development, and producing strong financial results. His client list includes numerous U.S. Fortune 50 and multinational companies.

Stan is available for leadership coaching based upon the Conscious Leadership ModelSM. He works with individuals, leadership teams, and entire organizations. He is also available for public speaking on the topics of Conscious Leadership, Finding One's Life Purpose, and Spirit-Driven Results.

In his spare time, Stan enjoys time spent with his wife of 30 years, daughter, and two Yorkshire Terriers. He is a member of the Cherokee Nation and a practicing Reiki Master.
