I got it! All new coaches will be in the listings as of right now and I will make sure all the new coaches who join get updated within a reasonable amount of time after signing up

Cynthia Hanevy,

I'm glad to see the site more active-but I'm getting 4 or 5 emails when there's a new post instead of just one. Can this be fixed? Is it something I need to change on my end?

This is something that I'll look into - you should only get one notification per post...

just a quick update on the duplicate notifications - it may very well be an issue in this particular group - if that is the case I'll nuke this one and create a new one...
