Gladys is passionate about empowering, supporting and encouraging women to live life out loud with confidence and clarity.
Reading has always been one of Gladys' passions. She takes extreme pleasure in reading self-help and motivational books as well as mystery and drama novels. For relaxation, Gladys travels often, reads, enjoys word puzzles and spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys genealogy research. Gladys enjoys facilitating groups for women on such topics as confidence building, relationships, self esteem, stress management, life balance and communications. She has been a guest lecturer at various venues and has facilitated numerous workshops and groups. Gladys brings to her coaching practice, a distinctive combination of wisdom and counseling and coaching to help her clients grow and change. The founder of Coach for Your Dreams, Gladys M. Anderson is a certified personal life coach and in private practice as a licensed marriage & family therapist. She is also the author of numerous articles and a speaker. Gladys holds a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College, Cambridge, MA, and certification as a personal life coach from Coach Training Alliance. She is also a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT) and a member of the Connecticut chapter of AAMFT. |
