As an Educator/Trainer, Coach and Consultant for more than 10 years, I am passionate about helping clients develop Leadership Qualities, Emotional Intelligence, Academic & Workplace Knowledge and Skills that will improve confidence and better equip them to achieve goals and live a great life. Divorce Transition is one of the examples where individuals could benefit from Personal Development Coaching to help them move forward with life, set and achieve new goals. I also love helping horseman/women apply leadership qualities to their work with horses. I believe the missing link for many horse owners is understanding the psychology and language of Equus. Horsemanship is really at its simplest level, Leadership with Horses. When you understand the behavior and language of horses, and can apply that knowledge to the "techniques" of Horsemanship, you will enjoy greater safety and pleasure from your equine/human relationship. My experience with horses dates back to childhood and I credit the horses in my life for the greatest education I have ever received in the area of leadership. |
