About me

I am a Certified Life Coach through Coach Training Alliances (CTA). I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology & have earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences & Human Development from California State University San Marcos. In addition, I am a Board Certified Professional Counselor by the American Psychotherapy Association (APA).

I specialize in helping individuals move through loss and grief with clarity and balance to a place of hope and healing. I coach my clients by co creating a supportive relationship that generates hope, fosters self-acceptance, ignites creativity, develops action plan and produces desirable outcome.
