About me: I'm developing my third career as a wellness coach focusing on celiacs and other clients with food related chronic conditions.

I help clients clear up the confusion and create methods to live easily and confidently while keeping their conditions in control.

In a previous life I was in marketing and before that journalism. My own life with Celiac has led me to this career path. I'm currently continuing my education and earning my certification as a nutritional consultant.
