Hello! As a manager for a holistic wellness business I had been mentoring and coaching for over 10 years. I love the people aspect and working with my team to problem solve issues. Seeing that “Aha” light bulb turn on is so rewarding!
I decided to complete my certification in coaching for a few reasons. First, I felt it would enhance my teams communication and productivity and secondly, because I am also an energy practitioner in Reiki and Shamanism and felt the modalities would be very compatible in helping clients move forward to greatness.
Life is all about taking steps towards greatness…and that greatness is different for each one of us. This is the beauty of coaching!
