I am a certified coach, a technology leader, and a first-generation immigrant who built a remarkable career across three countries. Without a blueprint.
For three decades I built systems designed to scale: distributed architectures, high-performing teams, and organizations that could navigate complexity and change. Then I made the shift into leadership, spending the next decade leading engineering organizations through ambiguity, coaching and mentoring professionals, and driving change that turns strategy into results.
Along the way I raised two kids, returned to school at 45 to earn an MBA, and navigated marriage, divorce, single parenting, empty nesting, and career reinvention. Not in isolation. Often at once.
What I bring to coaching is rare: the analytical rigor of a systems thinker, the empathy of someone who has led both people and self through real hardship, and the practical playbook of a seasoned business leader. I bring a foundation that most coaches simply don’t have.
I am devoted to working with accomplished professionals who sense there is something more aligned waiting for them, people asking “Is this really it? What’s next for me?”
Whether you’re navigating a career pivot, stepping into leadership, returning after a sabbatical, facing a life transition, or simply trying to close the gap between where you are and where you know you could be, I understand the terrain. I’ve lived it, across continents and decades.
