TransAuthentic Leadership

My name is Jonas (pronounced YOH-nuhs). I’ve recently started my journey as a certified life coach and I live in Everett, Washington. Born and raised as a tomboy in Germany, my path led me from butch lesbian via socially transitioned transgender boy to now a queer, both physically and socially transitioned transman in his 50ies in a non-monogamous marriage with another transman. I have worked for a large Fortune 500 corporation for the last 15 years, transitioned on the job, moving from individual contributor to manager through different roles. I love working with clients from/in the LGBTQ+ community, and providing a space where we can focus on issues both specific and non-specific to being trans or queer, without having to worry about the impact of otherness on the coach-client relationship and conversations.
