I received a Master of Science Degree in Human Resource Development, with distinction, from the University of the West Indies, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario. I am also a Certified Life Coach (Coach Training Alliance), Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), and Past Certified Business Coach (ActionCOACH). My varied training and experience has equipped me to support the WHOLE person, where I can take a very holistic approach with my clients.

The common thread here is that nothing gets my mojo on more than encouraging, inspiring, teaching and helping to empower people to reach their God given potential. My style is direct, down-to-earth, empowering and encouraging. I focus on behavioral change and a call to personal growth and action, specializing in individual coaching, group coaching, and workshops.
