Since my teenage years I've always wanted to find away to help others.. and in some way shape or form, I did. But about 10 years ago I found myself in need great of help. I was completely lost in life and in my identity. I struggled to find my way, looking for purpose and only found myself suicidal and hopeless. I didn't know where to turn.

In 2019 God lead me on a journey of inner healing that involved therapy and coaching. I had never had either of the two and It was mind blowingly helpful and unexpectedly successful. Through therapy and coaching I found my way and ever since then I have been on a mission to help others find their way to identity, purpose, and life.

In March of 2022, I started the journey to become a certified coach and in September I accomplished that task. My life focus is now to be the person you call when you need help gaining clarity on who you are so you can successfully grow into who you were meant to be.
