For most of my career, I have helped people improve themselves physically as a trainer. I discovered that, just like exercise, it takes consistency and buying into a process to improve one’s life. Growing up I played lots of sports, recreational and organized and found that the benefits of exercise and weight-lifting helped my confidence within myself, amongst my peers and just how I was showing up in this world. I started doing more self-discovery work and realized many of my struggles were inside of me. In my process, training my body and having a disciplined mind takes; 1) awareness and 2) insight and wisdom.
This level of awareness takes discipline and practice, every day. It is the most important work we can do as humans. I felt a strong calling to working with young people and I saw a need for compassionate coaching that would truly make a difference in a teenager’s outlook on life.
My curiosity, my willingness to be vulnerable, be present with myself and the people who are in front of me. My 20 plus years of being in the service industry and well over 19 thousand hours of working with all types of people from special needs, elderly, high-achieving business men and women, stay at home moms, collegiate athletes, high school athletes, middle school athletes to kindergarteners.
I have worked in some of the best facilities in the state, Golf Performance Center and Elite Health Services, where we worked with some of the most discerning, educated people, high achieving people. I have had to be able to meet each of them where they were at and provide world class service, training and authenticity in order to earn their trust and business.
I have demonstrated this above and beyond within the industry and I will continue to bring my honesty, humor and authenticity to you, your children and young adults. As a life coach/mentor I’ll be bringing more tools to my mind-body approach in a person’s overall health and well-being.
