Sulynn is the Founder and Chief Engagement Officer of the Asian Center for Applied Positive Psychology, and the Founder, Director, and Positive Change Strategist /Coach in Human Capital Perspectives. She is a Fellow of the International Positive Psychology Association.

Sulynn is ICF accredited and a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder-Centred Coach. She integrates three decades of experience and expertise in human resource development with applications of positive psychology, augmented with narrative coaching, conversational intelligence, emotional intelligence, and neuroscience. She also freelances with coaching companies across the world on assignment.

Sulynn is the designer and originator of Positive Psychology Learning Labs for professionals. Since the COVID19 outbreak, she has worked tirelessly supporting her clients and the virtual community with empathy circles, coaching, well-being and mindfulness webinars. Her clients value her positive outlook, presence, authenticity, and intuitive collaborative style.
